The work I do with clients is part coaching, part midwifery and part healing. I help people define their values and their vision. I help them find their unique path. I help them overcome obstacles and self-limiting beliefs. I help people reconnect with their true self. I help them reclaim and reframe the disowned parts of themselves. I help them heal core wounds and clear energetic blocks. I help them as they learn to live fully expressed without armor, pretense or apology. I help people integrate their inner lives with their outer lives. I help them find a way back to right relationship with themselves as well as the people, responsibilities and possessions in their lives.

I hold space for grief, anger, healing, learning, and transformation. I listen deeply and offer gentle guidance as you explore the depths of your being. I walk alongside you as you strive to live consciously with authenticity and intention. One of my gifts is my ability to see your full potential, to help you see it, too, and then effectively guide you toward realizing it.
